Natural Fiber Energy Bars

Homemade bars for sustained energy and digestive health.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Fiber Gummies (chopped)
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup dried fruits (raisins, cranberries)
  • 1/4 cup seeds (sunflower, pumpkin)

Instructions:

  1. Mix oats, chopped gummies, almond butter, honey, dried fruits, and seeds in a bowl.
  2. Press the mixture into a parchment-lined pan and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  3. Cut into bars and store in an airtight container.
